Stop/Start Firewall on Centos 7

#login as root user

#execute command systemctl start firewalld to start firewalld

[root@localhost logs]# systemctl start firewalld

#execute command systemctl status firewalld to get the status of firewalld

[root@localhost logs]# systemctl status firewalld
● firewalld.service – firewalld – dynamic firewall daemon
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/firewalld.service; disabled; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: active (running) since Sat 2016-06-18 15:57:45 IST; 1s ago

#execute command systemctl stop firewalld to start firewalld
